Ingredients:

2 tbsp olive oil

1 medium onion, chopped

1 tsp basil
-
1 tsp thyme
-
1 tsp oregano
-
1 tsp salt

1 28-ounce can crushed tomatoes

1 six-ounce can tomato paste
-
1 tbsp honey
-
4 to 6 cloves garlic, minced

Fresh black pepper
Instructions:

Heat the oil on medium
-
Add the onion and saute until clear
-
Add the salt, basil, thyme, and oregano and sautee for another minute
-
Add the tomatoes, tomato paste, honey, and black pepper
-
Bring to boil, then simmer over low heat for 20 minutes
-
Add the garlic and cook for another 10 minutes
