Impossible Tuna Pie

Ingredients:
  • 1 can (6.5 ounces) Tuna
  • 3 oz Grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 ounces cream cheese, cut into 1/4-inch cubes
  • 1/2 medium yellow onion
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup bisquick Heart Healthy baking mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • dash of nutmeg

Instructions:
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and lightly grease a 10 X 1.5" pie plate
  2. Chop the onion and lightly sautee
  3. Mix tuna, cheeses, and onions in pie plate
  4. Mix remaining ingredients in blender until smooth (approximately 15 seconds on high)
  5. Pour into pie plate and bake about 35 to 40 minutes (until golden brown and knife inserted 1/2 way between center and edge comes out clean)
  6. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting

Notes:

This is a lighter version than the original recipe (by about 40 calories per slice) but tastes as good.
