Ingredients:
- 1 to 1-1/4 lb ground turkey
- 1 egg
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 packet onion soup mix
- Worchestershire Sauce (to taste)
- Oregano (3 tsp)
- Black Pepper (2 tsp)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and lightly grease a standard loaf pan
- Beat egg in a medium bowl
- Add meat, bread crumbs, onion soup mix, oregano, pepper, and Worchestershire Sauce and thoroughly mix
- Bake until done, approximately 1 hour
Notes:
We use 20 oz of ground turkey for this recipe.
