Coriander Chutney

Ingredients:
  • 1 bunch fresh coriander (cilantro)
  • 3-4 cloves garlic
  • 2-3 tsp yogurt
  • Salt (to taste)
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 5-10 green serrano peppers
  • 2 sprigs fresh mint
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • Optional: 1/3 bag shredded coconut

Instructions:
  1. Chop coriander and place in food processor with all other ingredients
  2. Process until everything is uniform in size and color
  3. Store in airtight container in refridgerator
