Hallelujah Hummus

Ingredients:
  • 1/4 to 3/4 cup chicken (or vegetable) stock (This recipe was adapted for the blender from the Magic Bullet, and it seems that a blender needs more liquid to properly)
  • 14 ounce can chickpeas, drained
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp tahini
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Fresh ground pepper (to taste)

Instructions:
  1. Add 1/4 cup chicken stock and all other ingredients to blender
  2. Blend on a high speed until uniform consistancy, adding additional chicken stock as necessary if it becomes too dry
