Ingredients:
1/4 to 3/4 cup chicken (or vegetable) stock (This recipe was adapted for the blender from the Magic Bullet, and it seems that a blender needs more liquid to properly)
14 ounce can chickpeas, drained
3 cloves garlic
2 tbsp lemon juice
3 tbsp tahini
Salt (to taste)
Fresh ground pepper (to taste)
Instructions:
Add 1/4 cup chicken stock and all other ingredients to blender
Blend on a high speed until uniform consistancy, adding additional chicken stock as necessary if it becomes too dry
