Spicy Tilapia with Aioli

Ingredients:

Tilapia:

  • 2 pounds tilapia fillets
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp cumin

Aioli

  • 1-1/2 cups mayonaise
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1-1/2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1-1/2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 3/4 tsp dried tarragon

Instructions:
  1. Prepare aioli by combining all aioli ingredients in a bowl and mixing well. Refridgerate until ready to use.
  2. Preheat grill and brush with olive oil
  3. Combine spices and sprinkle over both sides of the tilapiua fillets.
  4. Grill for 4 to 5 minutesover medium-high heat, turning once.
  5. Serve topped with the aioli.
