Spicy Tilapia with Aioli

Tilapia:
2 pounds tilapia fillets
2 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp cumin
Aioli
1-1/2 cups mayonaise
6 cloves garlic, minced
1-1/2 tbsp lemon juice
1-1/2 tbsp Dijon mustard
3/4 tsp dried tarragon
Instructions:
Prepare aioli by combining all aioli ingredients in a bowl and mixing well. Refridgerate until ready to use.
Preheat grill and brush with olive oil
Combine spices and sprinkle over both sides of the tilapiua fillets.
Grill for 4 to 5 minutesover medium-high heat, turning once.
Serve topped with the aioli.
