Spinach-Artichoke Dip

Ingredients:
  • 1 package frozen chopped spinach, thawed
  • 1 can artichoke hearts
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp fresh black pepper

Instructions:
  1. preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease a 1 quart oven-proof pan
  2. Put spinach, artichokes, garlic, cream cheese, parmesan cheese, and pepper into food processor and process until combined
  3. Pour into prepared pan and bake until warmed through (about 30 minutes)
  4. Serve warm
