Vegetables

1 pound Cabbage, shredded

1/4 pound Carrot, julienne

1 Onion, medium size, finely chopped
-
2 Chile Peppers, finely chopped (Optional)
Dressing
-
1/2 cup Mayonaise
-
1 tablespoon Vinegar
-
2 teaspoons Sugar
-
1/4 teaspoon Salt
Instructions:

Prepare the Dressing

Finely chop the Onion and the optional Chilies and mix into the Dressing, set aside

Shred Cabbage and Carrot (if not bought already shredded) and dump in a large non-reactive bowl

Pour Dressing over Cabbage and Carrot in bowl, and mix well
-
Serve cold
Notes:
I modified this from the original and listed the chilis as optional because Anju accidentally left them out the first time she made it, and the coleslaw was still excellent.
