4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 eggs

3/4 cups plain bread crumbs

3/8 cups grated parmesan cheese
Spices to taste:

Dried Oregano
-
Dried Thyme
-
Garlic Powder
-
Dried Red Pepper Flakes

Salt
-
Pepper
Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F

Pound the chicken until it is flat (or just buy thin-cut breasts)

Lightly grease a baking dish

Put the eggs in a shallow bowl

In a second shallow bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and other spices.

Dip the chicken breasts in the eggs, then transfer to the bread crumb mixture.

Place the chicken breasts in the baking dish and cook for 25-30 minutes or until cooked thoroughly, turning once.
Notes:
These can be used for Chicken Parmesan or served on a bed of pasta and topped with Italian Tomato Sauce or your favorite pasta sauce.
