1-1/2 cups all purpose flour

3-1/2 tsp baking powder

1 tsp salt

1 tbsp white sugar

1-1/4 cups milk

1 egg

3 tbsp butter, melted
Instructions:

Sift together the dry ingredients into a large mixing bowl

Make a well in the dry ingredients and add the milk, butter, and egg

Mix well (until batter is smooth)

Pour 1/4 cup for each pancake onto a lightly-oiled griddle or pan at medium-high heat. Cook until browned on both sides.
Notes:
I think these taste better than storebought mix. Plus, they are nice thick pancakes that cook through (as long as the griddle isn't too hot). Each pancake is about 145 calories.
