Ingredients:
- 2 lbs. goat
- 4 black peppercorns
- 1 large red onion, chopped
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 cloves
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp corriander powder
- 1/2 tbsp garam masala
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- salt (to taste)
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp yogurt
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1 cup water
Instructions:
- Marinate the goat meet in yogurt for at least 1/2 hour
- Heat the oil in a pressure cooker over medium heat
- Sautee the onions, bay leaf, cinnamon, cloves, and black peppercorns until they start to brown
- Add the corriander, turmeric, red chili powder, and garam masala
- Add the tomato and salt and sautee until the oil starts to separate
- Add the goat meat and sautee until browned
- Add the water, cover, and cook for 25 minutes on low heat
- Serve hot
