1 chop and 1/2 the sauce

Ingredients:
- 2 pork chops
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp dry basil
- 1/2 tsp dry thyme
- 1/4 medium onion
Instructions:
- Heat the oil on medium heat
- Add the pork chops and cook for about 10 minutes, flipping once to brown both sides
- Add the garlic, wine, salt, pepper, basil, thyme, and onion
- Simmer uncovered for about 20 minutes, or until the pork chops are done and the sauce thickens
Notes:
This is a variation on the recipe from Allrecipes.com because 1) I was out of rosemary, which is the only dry spice called for other than salt and pepper, and 2) I thought an onion would be nice to add to the sauce. You can do this with 4 pork chops by upping the spices a bit (maybe 3/4 to 1 tsp each for the basil and thyme).
Calorie count based on non-trimmed pork chops (I like the fat!). Lean only chops would probably drastically reduce the calorie count. You can also try with less oil.
