Teriyaki Marinaded fish steaks

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup Teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tbsp sherry
  • 1-1/2 tsp grated ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions:
  1. Combine Teriyaki sauce, sherry, ginger and garlic and mix well
  2. Pour over fish filets/steaks and marinade at least 30 minutes, turning once, and reserve the leftover marinade
  3. Grill or broil the fish, and brush with the leftover marinade when done
