1/2 cup Teriyaki sauce

2 tbsp sherry

1-1/2 tsp grated ginger
-
2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions:

Combine Teriyaki sauce, sherry, ginger and garlic and mix well

Pour over fish filets/steaks and marinade at least 30 minutes, turning once, and reserve the leftover marinade

Grill or broil the fish, and brush with the leftover marinade when done
