Ingredients:
- 1 acorn squash
- 1.5 tsp butter
- 2 tsp brown sugar
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Cut acorn squash in half and scoop out the seeds
- Lightly oil a cookie sheet and place the squash face down on it
- Bake for 30 minutes
- Turn over, and apply butter to both halves, spreading over the top, and putting the extra in the center of the squash
- Sprinkle 1 tsp of brown sugar on each half
- Baks another 30 minutes, or until it is done (soft when poked with fork
