Ingredients:
- 1/4 Cup Plain Yogurt
- Juice of one lemon
- 1 tsp tarragon
- 2 tsp dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Fresh ground black pepper, to taste
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
Instructions:
- Mix all ingredients thoroughly
- Refrigerate until ready to use
Notes:
Makes a good, tart sauce for white fish. Similar to an Aioli, but without mayonaise or egg. Just spoon over cooked fillets.
Basically a mix of two recipes I found online because I didn't have the ingredients for either one.
