Ingredients:
- 4 salmon filets (4 - 6 oz)
- 3 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1/4 cup Italian Bread Crumbs
- 4 tbsp melted butter
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400 F
- Line a shallow baking dish with foil and put the salmon (skin side down, if the filets have skin) on the dish.
- Spread the mustard on the filets
- Top with bread crumbs, salt, pepper, and drizzle with butter
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, then serve.
