Dijon Salmon

Ingredients:
  • 4 salmon filets (4 - 6 oz)
  • 3 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1/4 cup Italian Bread Crumbs
  • 4 tbsp melted butter
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions:
  1. Preheat oven to 400 F
  2. Line a shallow baking dish with foil and put the salmon (skin side down, if the filets have skin) on the dish.
  3. Spread the mustard on the filets
  4. Top with bread crumbs, salt, pepper, and drizzle with butter
  5. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, then serve.
