Eggs

27 eggs
-
1/4 lb butter
-
1/2 cup milk
-
2 tsp salt
-
1/4 lb sharp cheedar, grated
-
14 strips bacon
-
2 small cans sliced mushrooms
White sauce
-
1/4 cup butter
-
1/2 cup flour
-
3-1/4 cups milk
-
1/3 cup sherry
Instructions:
-
Mix the eggs, 1/4 lb butter (melted), 1/2 cup milk, and 2 tsp salt and lightly scramble (in multiple batches if necessary)

Cook the bacon
-
Mix the white sauce and add the 2 cans mushrooms

Crumble the bacon into the sauce

grease a 9X13 casserole pan and layer 1/2 the eggs, 1/2 the white sauce, and 1/2 the cheese
-
Repeat the layers with the second half of all the items
-
refridgerate overnight
-
preheat oven to 250 degrees F

Bake uncovered for 50 minutes
