Boiled Eggs


Ingredients:
  • Eggs
  • Water

Instructions:
  1. Put eggs in pan and cover with water
  2. Bring water to rolling boil for two minutes
  3. Remove from heat and let eggs sit in hot water for 10 minutes
  4. Put eggs in cold water with ice until cool.

Notes:

The cold water keeps the outside of the yolk from turning green as the egg ages.
