Artichoke Spinach Dip


Ingredients:
  • 1 package frozen chopped spinach, thawed
  • 1 can artichoke hearts
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ tsp fresh black pepper

Instructions:
  1. Heat oven to 350°.  Grease a 1 quart ovenproof pan.
  2. In a food processor, process spinach, artichokes, garlic, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Pour into prepared pan and spread. Bake until warmed through, about 30 minutes.
  4. Serve with your favorite dipping snacks (triscuits, fresh vegetables, bread, etc.)
