Acorn Squash


Ingredients:
  • 1 acorn squash
  • 1.5 tsp butter
  • 2 tsp brown sugar

Instructions:
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Cut acorn squash in half and scoop out the seeds
  3. Lightly oil a cookie sheet and place the squash face down on it
  4. Bake for 30 minutes
  5. Turn over, and apply butter to both halves, spreading over the top, and putting the extra in the center of the squash
  6. Sprinkle 1 tsp of brown sugar on each half
  7. Baks another 30 minutes, or until it is done (soft when poked with fork
